Why ANIMERYO?

We provide anime products to customers that may not have a shop or means to purchase merchandise from their favourite shows. Anime as a medium isn't as mainstream to other pop culture icons, therefore purchasing anime related products can be difficult for some, we hope this site helps with that.

When is my order shipped?

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed, However it can take up-to 48.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on the shipping carrier for the product, for the US it can be 14 to 28 days via ePacket, in Europe and generally outside of the US it can take 20-40 days for the product to reach its destination depending on location.

Will all my packages arrive together?

To provide the best variety of clothing and accessories, we have different distributors for certain products, when we send out your order, there is a high chance you may not get them bundled together in one package, rather it might come one at a time.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Currently, we ship products via ePacket Delivery services.

Where do you ship?

We ship all around the world. But please be aware depending on your region, the shipping delivery times will change accordingly.

How do I return an item or receive a refund?

If you find that your product is damaged, missing or not satisfactory, Please contact support@animeryo.com. We will gladly issue you a refund after investigating the issue. Please provide details and photos and refer to our Refund Policy page. 

How do I use a discount code?

Once you have completed your shopping basket click "Check out", you will be presented a 'discount' box on the right-hand side. Enter your discount code, once you have, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount code used. Now press "Complete my purchase". You cannot enter coupon codes if you combined with other discount codes. If paying by Paypal, go through the sign-in process and wait till you are on the "Check out" page.

My product has not arrived within Delivery Dates or is missing. What should I do?

Please contact us or email support@animeryo.com detailing the product you have purchased, the estimated dates of arrival and your order number. We will take it from there and respond to your case.
